The following are the most asked questions we receive concerning the Buy and Sell Seminar.

How long is the seminar, and how many attend?
Will usually last less than 2 hours. Depending on where the seminar is held we allow different size groups to attend. Most seminars are currently located at our corporate headquarters in downtown Bellevue in the board room which seats 12 people.

Am I going to hear a sales pitch about something?
No, the seminar is put on by real estate professionals knowledgable about the buy and sell process. Other than a very short presentation of their services for informative purposes only, this seminar is put together strictly for the consumers benefit. There will be no mortgage professional attempting to sign you up for pre-approvals, or real estate agents trying to setup appointments to meet with you in the future.

Do I need to sign up or can I just show up?
Yes, you do need to sign up. Since space is limited and we very much need to know a head count prior to each seminar. Though we would not turn anyone away if at all possible, it is much easier on everyone if you to RSVP. Thank you.

Can you put on a seminar for a group that I set up?
Yes, we frequently put the seminar on at apartment complex club houses and at businesses, typically in a "brown bag" lunch setting. Please contact us directly at 425-378-2700 should you have any special requests.
